CloudWorks Consulting is committed to a sustainable environment and reducing our footprint as much as possible, while still providing excellent service for our customers.

To that end:

1. We have eliminated virtually all paper from our offices. Our preferred correspondence is electronic, although we will rely on printouts upon request or for archival, audit, and contractual purposes.
   
   
2. We have consolidated our servers to use as little electricity as possible. By reducing the number of servers, we have also reduced the load on our disaster recovery systems.
   
   
3. We recognize the importance of in-person meetings, and understand that there is no substitute for a conversation across the table to help develop relationships and work through some concepts.
   
   That being said, our preferred methods of day-to-day communication are e-mail and phone, and through other electronic means. By reducing the amount of travel, we also reduce the amount of greenhouse gases from auto emissions.
